"Don't Blame The Game" ... "The Game Of Life"
...Attitude.

Welcome to News Blast, my quarterly shot of inspiration and quick tips to help you on your life's journey. Spring is here, a time for change and new beginnings. Perhaps you can use some inspiration or guidance to get your life moving in the direction you want it to. Now may be the best time to stop playing a game with yourself and get on the right track!

In today's atmosphere, many people are reporting that they are at their wits end. Everywhere you turn, life seems to be demanding more and more and for many it is increasingly difficult to know how to cope with life's complexity. It's tough out there! If you are having difficulty meeting and overcoming your life challenges, rest assured, you are not alone. Of course, knowing you are not alone, while providing comfort will not do much to help you get out of your predicaments.Does that mean you need therapy? Not necessarily. But coaching could help.

Many of you know as an MSW, I provide counseling services for people suffering from a range of problems including depression, generalized anxiety, and other mood disorders.

What you may not know is that I also provide coaching services. "Coaching" has rapidly grown in the past five years (Grodzki, 2002), and clinical social worker practitioners are increasingly using coaching as an alternative or additional mode of practice (Valliantos, 2001). As a coach, I assist individuals, families and adolescents with achieving their goals, finding direction, achieving life stage changes, attaining professional advancements and realizing spiritual development.

In 2006, stop playing: "The Blame Game." My book "Don't Blame the Game" was just a start, a remarkable insight to what motivation combined with proper attitude can achieve. I can help you with behavior changes for yourself and others in your life circle, and work to improve your outlook and emotions as well as meeting your current life challenges. In order to meet any self - image issues... which we all have and struggle with... you need mentoring, empowerment and support.

from delivering criticism holds up the
    project at an important stage...
