HEAL THYSELF!

In this Thanksgiving issue, I'll briefly comment on giving thanks, healing, and the remarkable power of praise. All three of these principles were encouraged in "Don't Blame the Game," my limited edition book which was meant to be a starter kit-like a booster shot of inspiration and wisdom to help you make healing adjustments and transform your life.

Additionally, ever since I changed formats from update letters, to informational newsletters, I find myself responding to many of you who have asked and are concerned or interested in my physical condition. Could it be because we are all aging and parts of our bodies don't perform ... or look like... what they used to!? With that said, it is very strange and atypical for someone like myself, to be paralyzed for more than 30 years! Before the accident I couldn't imagine being paralyzed for 30 seconds... How does one manage the aging process?! In any case, here is your Thanksgiving update.

Some of you already know that I delivered A Drop-jaw Speech followed by a Real-time Standing Demonstration in South Florida at the 5th International Symposium on hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Credit Dr. Richard Neubauer, MD., with his astute family and staff for their recognizing this "miracle" and sharing it with doctors and therapists from 18 different countries! Incidentally, my newly scripted daily exercise protocol for neurological disorders sold out! Thank goodness that my legs literally rose to the jammed-packed crowd!

Early in November, in Chicago, I will give a presentation before 100-150 Chiropractic Physicians from around the nation on motivation and the dynamics of human behavior. The focus will be on how disease "states" form and can subsequently be corrected. Dr. John Cox, D.C. hosts international seminars and carries my books with him!

Recently, I was approached by Dr. Ross Hauser, MD., known as the guru of prolotherapy, in the hopes that he could have permission and cooperation to write up my 31 year adventure with quadriplegia in the Journal of the American Physical Therapy Association. I agreed. Dr. Hauser is largely responsible for my regained joint strength that has crafted a straight and strong standing posture. Will I walk again? We will keep on moving forward!

THE SHOCKING TRUTH ABOUT HEALING

There are of certain ways of thinking that, when followed consistently, create healing in the mind, body and soul. I know this personally as a life coach and inspirational guide who has helped many people. I'll highlight what I think are the six most significant steps:

1. THE HEALING LAW OF RELEASE

Eliminating negative people and dissolving negative thoughts from your life.

2. THE "YES" LAW OF HEALING

Create healing experiences with your personalized positive affirmations.

3. THE HEALING LAW OF PRAISE

Praise heals by dissolving thoughts of jealousy, comparison or hatred. It opens up unlimited power.

4. THE HEALING LAW OF LOVE

Love heals by being in flow with the Universe.

5. THE MIRACLE LAW OF HEALING

Healings of the "Incurable" happen with prayer, support, and thanksgiving.

6. YOUR GIVING CAN HEAL YOU!

Withholding affects health, promotes egotistical thoughts and negates well being.

MY FINAL WORD TO YOU: CAN YOU ACCEPT YOUR HEALING....? YOU GOTTA BELIEVE!

"See, My children, that even in distress, the first step is Praise. Before you cry in your distress, bless the Lord; even then troubles may seem to overwhelm you. That is my Divine order of approach. Observe this always. In the greatest distress, search until you find cause for thankfulness. Then bless and thank."
