Every one of us, at one point or another, could use an extra dose of motivation. The keys to staying motivated are as follows: meet your challenges-head on, choose right goals that tap into your passions; review those goals regularly; measure your progress toward your goals; but most importantly, surround yourself with Positive Influences!
What motivates you?! What do you really want? What are you working toward in your work, family, physical and spiritual life? Think big. Choose one area you want to grow in and work on that. What you are reading, listening to and watching? Everything that you choose to surround yourself with is an influence on your behavior, so consider your lifestyle!
Consider working with a life coach such as myself to help you build a plan, to keep you disciplined, and be a ROCK-LIKE INSPIRATIONAL INFLUENCE.

As you know from my book: "Don't Blame the Game", we are all faced with challenges in our given lives. In some cases, we may never be able to fully overcome them. However, we can face them so they render no fear in us. Soon problems are unable to control our emotional states. As an example of meeting a challenge as well as a medical marvel above you can see me walking on a treadmill that was made famous by the late movie star Christopher Reeve.

"Problems are opportunities in work clothes."
-- George Allen
"When we desire to encourage the growth of the human spirit, we challenge and encourage the human capacity to solve problems, just as in school we deliberately set problems for our children to solve. It is through the pain of confronting and resolving problems that we learn. Those things that hurt, instruct. It is for this reason that wise people learn not to dread but actually to welcome problems and actually to welcome the pain of problems."
--Benjamin Franklin
"Riches (material, mental, or bodily health) provide a fatal temptation; they are the source of human bondage. The desire to raise the standard of life (of living) can never be satisfied; it leads to multiplication of wants and consequent troubles and frustration!"
--Mahatma Gandhi
